Horizon Global CEO resigns, board chair named interim president, CEO

PLYMOUTH—Horizon Global Corp. (NYSE: HZN) announced the appointment of John C. Kennedy as interim president and CEO by the company’s board, which Kennedy will also continue to chair

This appointment follows the board’s acceptance of Terrence G. Gohl’s resignation from his executive positions and as a director.

Headquartered in Plymouth, Horizon Global designs, manufactures, and distributes towing, trailering, cargo management and other related accessory products in North America, Europe and Africa.
