This requires a new way of designing and implementing manufacturing operations that involves tradeoffs between cost and benefit to provide successful long term business models. It includes acknowledging and addressing increasing customer sensitivity to the quality of the products and services that we provide.
This presentation will explore the concepts and framework of Quality 4.0 and if, or how, it can help manufacturers in addressing these challenges. The possible benefits or impact of Quality 4.0 and Industry 4.0 will be reviewed
All attendees are eligible for a Professional Development Certificate showing one hour of credit.
