Lansing IT firm ASK in merger

BOSTON—Officials at Riverside Partners, a Boston-based private equity investment firm, announced today that its portfolio company, Convergence Networks / Grade A, has merged with Lansing-based Application Specialist Kompany (ASK).

ASK provides managed IT and cybersecurity services.

Convergence Networks is based in Portland, Ore., while Grade A is based in Ottawa, Ontario.
