DALLAS—Officials of Cincinnati-based Superior Environmental Solutions LLC, a portfolio company of Dallas-based Rosewood Private Investments, announced the acquisition of Dundee-based Hydro Technology Inc.
Hydro Technology provides industrial and environmental cleaning services such as water blasting, abrasive cleaning, emergency response and waste management. The company operates out of five locations in Michigan and Ohio.
SES is a supplier of industrial cleaning, environmental emergency response and waste transportation, disposal, and recycling services in the industrial, food and beverage, manufacturing, utility, and chemical industries. It employs approximately 450 individuals across 15 branch facilities in the mid-west and southeastern United States.
