
ANN ARBOR—The Michigan Growth Capital Symposium, the Midwest’s oldest and largest event for young companies seeking capital, will be held online Tuesday, May 5 as the Midwest Venture Showcase 2020.
All presentations by companies and university faculty seeking to commercialize discoveries hve been taped in advance, with pitch videos going live on May 5 and available through June 5. The format allows for direct messaging, meeting invitations, virtual networking sessions, and scheduled one-on-one meetings. Registrants will have access to:
- 61 high-growth companies in the life sciences, medical device, technology, agricultural, and food sectors
- More than 25 up-and-coming venture-ready companies from seven Midwest university tech transfer offices
- More than 300 entrepreneurs, angel investors, venture capitalists, technology transfer professionals, and related vendors
