DETROIT—Compuware Corp., the developer of mainframe software, announced it has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Innovation Data Processing, a Little Falls, N.J.-based provider of enterprise data protection, business continuance and storage resource management products and services serving the mainframe market.
The transaction is expected to close within the next quarter. It will be Compuware’s sixth mainframe software or services acquisition in the last three years.
