Eckhart changes name of recent acquisition

WARREN–Eckhart Inc., the advanced manufacturing automation products and services provider, announced that its recent acquisition, PRI Robotics, will adopt the Eckhart name effective immediately.

PRI Robotics, founded in 1995, designs, builds, and integrates automated robotic systems that include machine tending, assembly, dispensing, material removal, arc welding, and quality inspection. Located in Plymouth, Minn., with direct access to 19 Fortune 500 headquarters, PRI Robotics serves a diverse base of customers spanning all industries. Eckhart announced its acquisition of PRI in January 2019.
