PLYMOUTH—ASME Metro Detroit invites members and other interested persons to a Lasers in Automotive Symposium, to be put on Oct. 3 at the Plymouth Laser Technology Center of the Trumpf Group, a German machine tool company. The event runs from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at 47711 Clipper St. In Plymouth.
Attendees will learn about the latest laser products and services for automotive applications from welding and cutting to additive manufacturing. In the afternoon, Trump officials will showcase their capabilities with a self-guided tour of the center, along with demonstrations.
