
SOUTHFIELD—The September monthly dinner meeting of the PMI Great Lakes Chapter will be held Monday, Sept. 9 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Schoolcraft College, 18600 Haggerty Road in Livonia.

The speaker is Hani Emari, a professional project manager with experience on more than 25 large-scale projects, from design to engineering to construction to facility management. He holds an MBA from Wayne State University and a Doctor of Business Administration degree, and is currently a project quality manager with L.S. Brinker Co., a commercial contractor in Detroit.
This year’s topic for the PMI chapter is “Project Managers as Champions of Change.”
Tickets are $40 for PMI GLC members and members of other chapters and $50 for non-members. There is also a speaker-only ticket for $20 and $25 respectively. Purchasers of these tickets should plan to arrive about 6:45 p.m.
