MUSKEGON — EarthTronics, the Muskegon-based LED lighting developer, announced it had expanded its line of vintage EarthBulb filament LEDs with the introduction of its energy-efficient, clear finish 1-watt S14 and 5-watt T10 decorative LEDs for home, hospitality, restaurant and commercial applications.
The new decorative LEDs provide an incandescent “retro” lighting experience, with a light temperature of a warm 2,700 degrees Kelvin, while saving 80 percent in energy costs over a 15,000-hour rated life for a quick return on investment.
These lamps utilize a filament style LED array that provides extended performance life with high color rendering of greater than 80 CRI to offer excellent color characteristics.
The S14, designed for signs and accent lighting, uses just 1 watt yet looks and operates similarly to the 11-watt incandescent it replaces. The 5-watt T10 is designed for decorative sconce fixtures and complements the existing EarthBulb filament LED product line of clear finish candle, general purpose and globe style lamps. The candle lamps are available in 2- and 4-watt bulbs in both “BA” bent tip and “B” blunt tip design. The vintage A19 general purpose lamp and “G25” globe style are both available in 4.5- and 7.5-watt sizes, while the 5-watt ST19 looks like Edison’s first light bulb. Most EarthBulb filament lamps are available in both 2400K warm white and 2700K soft white colors to replicate standard incandescent color performance.
Each of the vintage EarthBulb filament LEDs offers smooth dimming capabilities from 100 to less than five percent. For more information about EarthBulb filament LEDs, visit www.earthtronics.com.
