FRASER — ZipLogix, the real estate transaction management software developer, announced the release of the Brokerage Version of its new robust customer relationship management system, zipCRM.
The company said the software works automatically, sending emails and newsletters to leads, tracking conversations and pulling important contact information.
This multi-agent version enables brokers to have a better insight into what’s going on in their agents’ pipelines and ensure their brokerage is operating at maximum capacity.
Said Scott Strong, CEO of the Fraser-based company: “It’s important that we continue to offer all the tools necessary to save real estate professionals considerable time while building great customer relationships and getting their clients to the closing table quicker.”
ZipCRM offers branded marketing materials, drip campaigns and comprehensive appointment calendars that drive more leads and nurture existing ones. And transaction documents in the company’s zipForm software can be initiated directly from zipCRM, seamlessly importing client and property information into zipForm Plus.
The company will be demonstrating the software at the 2018 Realtors Legislative Meetings and Trade Expo Wednesday, May 16 and Thusrday, May 17 at booth 1722 in Exhibit Hall A at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C.
