AT&T boosts mobile internet capacity at DTW

DETROIT — AT&T Inc. announced it had boosted its mobile internet capacity around Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport by upgrading an antenna system that will give customers faster, more reliable wireless service.

The network upgrade is on the Distributed Antenna System, which consists of strategically placed antennas to distribute AT&T’s wireless network coverage to the North Terminal, the McNamara Terminal Parking Deck and the Westin Hotel.

The company said its customers will experience better network connectivity.
