
DETROIT — AT&T Inc. said it upgraded six cell towers on its 4G LTE network in southeast Michigan and another three towers in mid-Michigan as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the speed and reliability of its services.
The upgrades were in the following locations:
Farmington (two sites): at Industrial Park drive south of West 10 Mile Road and along M-10 east of Middlebelt Road.
Farmington Hills/West Bloomfield Township: At West 14 Mile and Orchard Lake roads.
Grand Ledge: Between West Front and West Main streets.
Grosse Pointe: Kingsville and Raymond streets
Holt: at Davlind Drive, east of North Aurelius Road
Lansing: near South Pennsylvania Avenue and East Mount Hope Avenue.
Southfield: South of M-10, west of Lahser Road
Royal Oak: Between Albert and Merrill avenues, near Woodward Avenue
AT&T says it has invested more than $1.4 billion in our Michigan wireless and wired networks during 2014-2016.
