Connected Cars, Cyber Summit, TiE Con On Monday, Oct. 30 M2 TechCast

ROYAL OAK — The Monday, Oct. 30 edition of the M2 TechCast will feature Patrick Anderson, CEO of East Lansing-based Supported Intelligence LLC. Anderson will discuss how his company, which has created new software for decision analytics, has partnered with a team of University of Michigan engineering students to research and prototype a new application for use in connected vehicles.

Other guests will include Keith Brophy, CEO of the Michigan Small Business Development Center, speaking with a cetner client; State CIO Rajiv Das, discussing the North American International Cyber Summit, being held Oct. 30 at Cobo Center in Detroit; and Tel Ganesan, president of TiE Detroit, discussing his TiE Con Detroit 2017 event, billed as the state’s largest entrepreneurial conference, scheduled for Nov. 9 and 10 at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center.

The M2 TechCast airs live on the internet between 3 and 4 p.m. Eastern time Mondays at PodcastDetroit.com. It’s hosted by Mike Brennan, owner and publisher of MITechNews.com, and Matt Roush, director of the university news bureau at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield. Both covered high tech in Michigan as journalists for more than 20 years.
