SOUTHFIELD — Engineers who need continuing education hours can get them conveniently by taking PE licensing courses on an a la carte basis from The Engineering Society of Detroit.
Classes are available from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays through Oct. 25. Two four-hour classes are also available Saturday, Oct. 8.
All classes are held at ESD Headquarters in Southfield.
The instructor-led, three- or four-hour courses are taught by industry professionals. The cost is $75 for ESD members and $100 for non-members for the weeknight courses. The cost for courses Saturday, Oct. 8 is $100 for ESD members and $125 for non-members.
A Continuing Professional Development Activity Certificate of Completion will be provided along with a description of the program.
