
ROYAL OAK — The Monday, Sept. 19 edition of the M2 TechCast will cover a wide variety of high-tech topics, from finding a better job to ordering the world’s most embarrassing products online.
Robert Magee, executive director of The Engineering Society of Detroit, kicks off the show at 3 p.m. with a preview of the ESD Engineering & Technology Fall Job Fair.
The job fair, coming up Monday, Oct. 10 from 2 to 7 p.m. at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, will offer dozens of employers with thousands of job openings in all forms of engineering and high tech. (More at http://ww2.esd.org/EVENTS/2016/2016-10-10-JobFair.htm.)
At 3:15 p.m., it’s the regular monthly segment featuring Rachele Downs, vice president of entrepreneurial strategies at Inforum. She’ll be interviewing Jan Getty of ResourceLinkMI.com, a healthcare regulatory resources provider.
The second half-hour of the show will feature Tom Nardone, internet entrepreneur at PriveCo.com, an online store selling the world’s most embarrassing products — from sex toys to equipment for gastrointestinal problems. He’ll also fill us in on a new venture, BulletSafe, a relatively low-cost line of bullet-resistant vests.
