
DETROIT — AT&T Inc. says it is now covering more of southeast Michigan with its 4G network. The changes give area residents and businesses mobile Internet speeds up to four times faster than 3G.
The upgrades can be seen in 11 Oakland County cities and townships, seven Wayne County communities, and communities in Macomb County. Also, communities in Lapeer, Genesee, Livingston and Washtenaw counties will notice network improvements/
The improvements, by county, were in the following locations:
Lapeer County – Almont
Genesee County – Davison
Macomb County – Clinton Township (two sites), Macomb Township (two sites), Roseville (two sites), Sterling Heights, Utica,
Monroe County – Monroe
Oakland County – Beverly Hills, Birmingham, Farmington, Hazel Park, Highland, Lake Orion, Pontiac, Troy, Walled Lake, White Lake, Wixom
Wayne County – Dearborn, Detroit (two sites), Flat Rock, Redford Township, Romulus, Van Buren Township
Washtenaw – Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti
Livingston – Howell
