SOUTHFIELD — Lawrence Technological University is now a co-sponsor of a news blog covering high technology in Michigan.
TechCentury.com is the online version of TechCentury, the magazine of The Engineering Society of Detroit.
LTU recently hired Matt Roush as managing editor of its news bureau. He had been director of communications and public relations at ESD. Among his duties at the Society was maintaining TechCentury.com and keeping it supplied with fresh news about the Michigan science and engineering scene. Based on the mutual consent of LTU, ESD and Roush, he’ll continue to do just that.
TechCentury.com has now been rebadged to reflect this new relationship — as being “powered by The Engineering Society of Detroit and Lawrence Technological University.”
The website will continue to publish breaking news on high tech, science and engineering events and advancements in Michigan. Check out the coverage at www.techcentury.com. And those with news releases to be considered for publication in the blog should now send them to Roush at mroush@.ltu.edu.
