SOUTHFIELD — The Englewood, Colo.-based business information provider IHS Inc. (NYSE: IHS) said Thursday it had opened a new television studio at its IHS Automotive subsidiary’s offices in Southfield.
The company said the new studio can broadcast in both high and standard definition and can be reached by multiple fiber networks.
The company said it would make its auto industry experts available for live or recorded TV and radio interviews, providing independent analysis and commentary on breaking automotive news. Inlcuded are topics such as global economic analysis, automaker product announcements, automotive supplier trends, auto industry forecasting, vehicle purchasing trends, and auto technology trends, including autonomous vehicles, electric vehicles, connected vehicles and more.
