New M2 TechCast Talks Comcast, Energy Improvements, Airfoil

SOUTHFIELD — The latest edition of the M2 TechCast is now available online.

Episode 13 of the podcast — which covers the intersectino of business, technology and politics in Michigan — is now available on the audio website soundcloud.com at this link. 

The show is also available live on the internet at 3 p.m. Mondays at www.podcastdetroit.com.

This episode features news headlines from the show’s hosts — Mike Brennan, owner of Michigan Technology News and its tech news website, www.mitechnews.com, and Matt Roush, director of communications and public relations for The Engineering Society of Detroit, who manages ESD’s tech news website, www.techcentury.com.

Guests on the snow include Michelle Gilbert, vice president of public relations for the Heartland Region of Comcast, about the telecom giant’s high speed internet service expansion in the Detroit area; Scott Ringlein, CEO of the Energy Alliance Group, talking about PACE financing, which provides long-term financing for energy efficiency improvements; and Lisa Vallee Smith, CEO of Airfoil Public Relations, Michigan’s home-grown high-tech PR firm, speaking of her company’s new offices in downtown Royal Oak.
