19 Private Mich. Firms Make Inc. 1000

NEW YORK — Some 19 Michigan companies are in the top 1,000 spots on the recently released Inc. magazine list of the 5,000 fastest growing privately held businesses in the United States.

Tops among Michigan firms at No. 165 was Detroit-based MeritHall Staffing, a provider of construction staffing. It’s had three-year revenue growth of 2,443 percent to $5.9 million.

Other companies in the top 1,000 spots included:

* No. 195, RPM Freight Systems, a Royal Oak logistics provider, $15.5 million in revenue, three-year growth of 2,137 perent
* No. 321, 365 Retail Markets, a Troy provider of hardware and software for food vending machines, $16.6 million in revenue, three-year growth of 1,459 percent
* No. 336, Makeup Geek, a Jackson-based online provider of cosmetic products, $9.5 million in revenue, three-eyar growth of 1,396 percent
* No. 397, TekWissen, an Ann Arbor provider of software development and IT staffing, $15.4 million in revenue, three-year growth of 1,186 percent
* No. 406, JMC Electric, a Clinton Township electrical contractor, $6 million in revenue, three-year growth of 1,164 percent
* No. 457, Whiplash Merchandising, an Ann Arbor provider of merchandising products and services, $2 million in revenue, three-year growth of 1,011 percent
* No. 490, HandyPro Internatinoal, a Plymouth construction firm, $2.1 million in revenue, three-year growth of 941 percent
* No. 576, NITS Solutions, a Novi IT services provider, $3.2 million in revenue, three-year growth of 797 percent
* No. 673, Avomeen Analytical Services, an Ann Arbor contract testing lab for pharmaceuticals and other products, $5.4 million in revenue, three-year growth of 670 percent.
* No. 755, Yochana IT Solutions, a Livonia IT staffing and recruiting firm, $13.2 million in revenue, three-year growth of 600 percent.
* No. 763, Fieldstone A&E, an Auburn Hills architectural and engineering firm, $4 million in revenue, three-year growth of 592 percent.
* No. 797, Recruitment Management Consultants, an East Lansing consulting and staffing firm, $3.4 millino in revenue, three-year growth of 559 percent.
* No. 836, The National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity, a Detroit provider of professional development and training for faculty, $2.8 million in revenue, three-year growth of 529 percent.
* No. 860, SoftPath Technologies, a Livonia IT services and products provider, $4 million in revenue, three-year growth of 518 percent.
* No. 912, Workbox Staffing, a Grand Rapids provider of staffing services, $40.5 million in revenue, three-year growth of 493 percent.
* No. 944, FormulaFolio Investments, a Grand Rapids private money manager, $1.9 million in revenue, three-year growth of 471 percent.
* No. 963, LinTech Global, a Farmington Hills provider of IT and engineering services, $10.1 million in revenue, three-year growth of 462 percent.
* No. 998, Concorde Holdings, a Troy provider of insurance and investment advisory services to entrepreneurs, $21.3 million in revenue, three-year growth of 439 percent.
