SOUTHFIELD — The Southfield-based consulting, engineering and
construction services firm Atwell LLC has hired Kurt Beleck as vice president of program management.
In this new role, Beleck will launch the firm’s new program management service line. The new service line will focus on providing larger scale investment and development clients, including REITs and venture capital companies, with comprehensive due diligence, entitlement, development and construction services through Atwell’s national network of office locations.
Prior to joining Atwell, Beleck worked for Agree Realty Corp., where he served as vice president of real estate, leading all development and acquisition activities for the publicly traded REIT. Beleck has more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, architecture, construction, due diligence, and site design. He will be based at Atwell’s Southfield headquarters.
