FRASER — The real estate producitvity software developer zipLogix
has announced new and continuing contracts with several groups of
real estate professionals.
ZipLogix’s zipForm and zipVault applications offer desktop and
mobile access to a wide variety of real estate documents.
Deals were annonced with the following groups:
* The Reading-Berks Association of Realtors, based in Wyomissing,
Penn., is a new customer for zipLogix, bringing more than 760
members on board
* Bucks County Association of Realtors, also in Pennsylvania, is a renewal with new products. Members created more than 27,800 transactions with zipLogix in 2014.
* The Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors is a renewal with
new products, including zipLogix Digital Ink. Members created more
than 17,500 transactions with zipLogix in 2014.
* The Montgomery County (Pa.) Association of Realtors is a renewal
with new products, including zipLogix Digital Ink®. Members created more than 17,100 transactions with zipLogix in 2014.
* The Suburban West Realtors Association, also near Philadelphia, is
a renewal with new products, including zipLogix Digital Ink. Members created more than 23,700 transactions with zipLogix in 2014.
* The Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors in Washington,
D.C. One of the largest associations in the country, GCAAR extended its current contract and added zipVault for its members, who created more than 76,300 transactions with zipForm Plus in 2014.
* The Greater Hartford (Conn.) Association of Realtors: A zipLogix
customer for more than 15 years, GHAR added zipForm Mobile,
zipLogix Digital Ink and extended its contract. Members created more than 46,900 transactions with zipForm Plus in 2014.
* The Roanoke Valley (Va.) Association of Realtors: RVAR has added
zipForm Mobile and extended its contract. Members created more
than 20,800 transactions with zipForm® Plus in 2014.
* The New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors in Louisiana. Members may now purchase any of zipLogix’s products, including zipForm Plus with NOMAR forms, zipForm Mobile and zipLogix Digital Ink. NOMAR also includes a Commercial Investment Division and MLS services provider Gulf South Real Estate Information Network Inc.
