The company, founded and led by CEO Usman Majeed, also has recently launched a new application for warranty protection of devices, at www.useprotection.me.

“Tech Twurl has spent the last few months completely rebranding the website to provide the best user experience possible,” Majeed said. “Simplicity and efficiency are extremely important to our customer and we’ve improved both on the front and back end of our website. We have been successful in large part because of the networking we have done within the Technology Innovation Center and are grateful for these connections and support we have received.”

Added Tony Willis, manager of business acceleration at the Lansing Economic Area Partnership, which manages the East Lansing TIC: “The startup environment we have built is as strong as ever right now as we continue to connect with local resources for the entrepreneurs who call Lansing home. Tech Twurl is one of the great stories of innovation and growth within our backyard.”

Tech Twurl is one of 14 startup companies currently operating at the TIC incubator. The TIC is in the Lansing Regional SmartZone managed under contract by LEAP, and is one of seven regional business incubators located within the Lansing region, which also include the NEO Center, Allen Market Place, Incu-Bake, The MARC, The Hatch, and The Runway.
