Red Level Adds Staff, Reorganizes

NOVI — Red Level Networks, the Novi-based IT services and consulting firm, Wednesday announced a reorganization designed to accommodate its continued rapid growth and expand its range of services.

The company named Janet Tyler as chief operating officer. She was previously co-CEO of the Southfield-based technology public relations firm Airfoil Group. In addition to managing day-to-day company operations, she will oversee Red Level’s marketing and strategic communications initiatives.

Former Red Level COO Randy Cummings was named director of business solutions. In this role, Cummings will spearhead Red Level’s business consulting practice.

Shanon Berry has been named as Red Level’s director of sales, and Deb Bryant was promoted to the position of controller, taking responsibility for accounting, financial analysis and budgeting operations.

Red Level CEO David King said the moves came because “We wanted to realign our operations and promote key personnel in order to build upon our strong performance and continue delivering the highest level of value and service to our clients. This means that our clients will see an even broader range of game-changing business solutions from us, and that they will experience the highest degree of satisfaction with our services.”

The company says it’s seen 20 percent year-over-year growth for the past several years. The company currently employees 35 people, and plans to add additional personnel and open a new Ohio office during 2015. The company expects growth to continue as more businesses adopt IT services like those offered by Red Level, including cloud computing and hosted applications.
