SOUTHFIELD — The Engineering Society of Detroit is establishing a regular podcast series at TechnologyCentury.com.
The ESD’s director of communications and public relations, Matt Roush, will interview newsmakers in science, technology, engineering and related fields for the series.
Kicking off the podcasts is the ever-talkative L. Brooks Patterson, Oakland County Executive, speaking about his Medical Main Street life sciences industry economic development initiative — and Medical Main Street’s annual Inno-Vention conference, held Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 21 and 22, at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi.
The event is designed to showcase the life science and health care industries in southeast Michigan.
