BINGHAM FARMS — The staffing firm Arrow Strategies recently acquired the controlling interest of Hire Talent, a competitor based in Clinton Township.
Hire Talent is a recruiting company with a focus on permanent placement services in information technology and engineering.
“This acquisition and subsequent partnership brings two essential elements to Arrow Strategies — additional recruiting power for Arrow Strategies’ clients and a vehicle to work with a former vice president during Arrow Strategies’ formative years in Don Fraser, who is one of the best in training and performance mentoring of staffing professionals,” said Arrow Strategies president and CEO Jeff Styers.
Additionally, the acquisition of Hire Talent will bring more opportunity for permanent placement business that Arrow Strategies does not focus on in lieu of long-term contract engagements.
